DanceChance NWA is a choreographic lab that provides regional choreographers with a platform to workshop and develop new dance works. Each season features a slate of 12 choreographers who present their original choreography at Works-In-Progress showings throughout the year, culminating in a Season Showcase.

DANCECHANCE NWA GOALS

• Give emerging and established choreographers the opportunity to workshop new choreography, get audience/peer feedback paired with professional development opportunities, and use these tools to further develop their art for a high-quality season showcase.

• Give regional audiences access to dance performance with a low barrier to entry and allow for questioning/dialogue that builds fluency around dance as an art making process.
